Terms of Use

1. Who operates this platform

Lunium (luniumpay.com, API at api.luniumpay.com) and Venda Cripto (vendacripto.com) are operated by ZANQUETA INTERMED LTDA, registered with the Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) under nº 68.538.127/0001-00, headquartered in Americana, São Paulo, Brazil. By using the platform, the API or Venda Cripto, you agree to these terms.

2. What we offer

We intermediate settlement between crypto assets and Brazilian reais over PIX: cash-out (the customer delivers crypto assets and a PIX key receives reais), cash-in (the customer pays a PIX and receives crypto assets at the wallet they specify) and open verification of payments by the PIX end-to-end identifier. For individuals, through Venda Cripto; for companies, through the Lunium API.

We are not a financial institution, we do not hold customer balances beyond the time needed to settle each operation, and we do not provide investment advice. Each operation stands alone: you state the amount, asset, network and destination; we present the quote and, once the operation is accepted, we execute it.

3. Use of the API by companies

The API key identifies the partner company and is its sole responsibility: keep it secret and do not expose it in end-user applications. The partner is responsible for identifying its own end customers and for the accuracy of the data it sends — destination PIX key, network, asset and refund wallet (refund_address), where the crypto returns in any refund.

The API has per-minute request limits, per-operation limits and a daily ceiling per key (which grow with settled volume or by agreement). The test environment (sandbox) does not move funds. Webhooks are signed; validating the signature is the integrator's responsibility.

4. Identification and payment ownership

Brazilian law requires identification in crypto-asset operations. In cash-in we request the CPF or CNPJ of the party who will make the payment; the PIX must be paid from a bank account belonging to the same party stated on the charge. Payments made by third parties are refunded in full to the originating account, with no crypto asset delivered. In cash-out, we confirm the holder of the receiving key with the PIX system directory.

5. Limits

Cash-out through the API: from R$ 6.00 to R$ 250,000.00 per operation, with a daily ceiling per key that grows with settled volume (starting at R$ 5,000.00 per day) or by commercial agreement. Cash-in: limits attached to the payer's tax ID, which grow with history — R$ 60.00 on the first operation; R$ 200.00 cumulative in the first 24 hours; and R$ 6,000.00 per day from then on. We may revise these figures.

6. Quote, timing and fees

The quote presented is valid for the period stated (15 minutes in cash-out) and already accounts for the platform fee, the settlement provider's fees and the fees of the chosen network; the amount in reais shown in the quote is what the destination key receives. Execution takes place after the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain and the PIX is sent right after — normally within seconds on instant-settlement networks. Timing on other networks depends on each blockchain's confirmations and is stated before the operation.

7. Irreversibility

Blockchain transfers are irreversible. An incorrect address or network results in loss of the assets, with no possibility of recovery by us or by any third party. Check the details before confirming. Accepting a cash-out quote is the point of no return for the operation.

8. Refunds

When a payment cannot be completed — key rejected by the settlement provider, PIX reversal, a failure before sending, a deposit in an asset other than the one quoted — the crypto asset is returned to the refund wallet given in the operation or, in its absence, to the deposit's originating address, always on the same network and in the same asset. When the funds have already been delivered to the settlement provider, the refund to the customer takes place after that provider returns them to our custody, in the amount it returned; Lunium does not advance funds. Refunds above the automatic operational limit are executed by our team. The order moves to REFUNDED only once the refund transaction is confirmed, and its identifier is given to the customer.

9. Prevention of illicit activity

We comply with Brazilian Law nº 9.613/1998 and other anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules, including the duty to report to the competent authorities where applicable. We may refuse, suspend or reverse operations in the face of indications of irregularity, a court order or a determination by a competent authority.

10. Tax obligations

Each party is responsible for the taxes and filings that fall to it. We provide the authorities with the information required by applicable law.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform continuously available, but we depend on blockchains, settlement providers and third-party financial institutions; incidents and maintenance are announced in the partner channels. We can be reached at contato@luniumpay.com. Keep the operation identifier (and the PIX E2E): it speeds up any verification.

12. Changes and jurisdiction

These terms may be changed; the version in force is always the one published on this page. The courts of the district of Americana, São Paulo, Brazil are elected, save where a different jurisdiction is required by law.
